A change I did to the Easter Eggs page was undone because 'too much harm was done to the page' and it "isn't dictionary article". I'm unclear as to what harm was done, and as to what "a dictionary article" is. For future reference.
Vlad, I need you to do something for me. I, for a while now, have been putting off the creation of the Vehicle upgrades page. If I do not end up creating it by 10:00 PM Eastern Standard time on September 17 (that is 8:00 AM for you, September 18) pleas create the page for me. If you cannot, I will probably make it between September 24-30. I believe you know why I would be putting it off. :D
I was able to create the page, but it is only a fraction of what it needs to be and has quite a few errors. At least I made it. :) Yes, you need to do the majority of the rest, but I am glad I actually could make the page. Happy Ra....Borderlandsing!
I just noticed the change to the top of the wiki's pages. God, I don't like that. That really looks either complicated or too simple for my somewhat advanced style of thinking (ha!).
I don't know what to do now. I'm level 50 on Borderlands 2 already, RAGE just doesn't sound appealing right now, nobody on XBL is willing to play Call of Juarez: The Cartel with me; maybe I'll study Russian.
I'm surprised I didn't notice you mentioning this earlier, but you have Steam? I mean, I should have though of that, but I didn't think you actually did....
You PC players really have it made when it comes to online gaming, as you get most games in a demo version to see if you'll actually like the games. I have a Steam account, but only one game: Civilization 5.
I suppose I'll stick with vehicle articles. I've decided to make Vehicle ammuntion articles as there were many red links linking to possible ammo articles. Seems okay for now.
I was looking at the Administrators page and noticed that Zluchs and BF were still under "Active Administrators". I understand why they could have been put under this, but now I feel that this just isn't proper considering they haven't edited in months. BF is back on wikia though as he somewhat recent became an admin on MLP: Friendship is Magic (damn brony...), but Atze hasn't even edited the Elder Scrolls Wiki since the beginning of the summer last I checked. Just putting it out there that they should be under a new "inactive administrators" section.
Also, Medal of Honor: Warfighter comes out tomorrow. Probably won't get a Vehicle ammunition article done, but hey, I was panning on taking this slow anyway.
I've been thinking a lot about the possibilities for RAGE 2 as I think it will drop in 2014 (like almost every other game that I am looking forward too that hasn't come out :)) due to the DOOM 3: BFG Edition's recent release. What could they possibly do? :D
Kryon, I sent a copy of this message to Zluchs as well, just in case. Some vandal created about ten categories with only one entry each, all of which refer to a former admin of this site. Probably some pissed-off (and hopefully blocked by now) user throwing a hissy-fit after Bullet deleted or reverted his edits, no doubt. Anyway, I think it's pretty obvious why these categories need to be deleted:
No need to go through all those Collector Card edits I made. I just italicized the words "Rage Frenzy", that's about it. A good thing to do when waiting for Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage to download. :D
It can be found floating in the distance in the very first mission. What surprises me is how detailed it is for being a prop that the player cannot get close to. Other props that the player can get close to like vending machines and couches don't have nearly this much detail. In earlier versions of Rage maybe it was an actual enemy?
Also, if you can get screenshots of all the sides of this thing or tell me the code for noclip I would appreciate it.
So I was bored last night and was about to go to bed when I decided to look up the sales of RAGE to see if it actually sold well, and I found something.
In America alone, it sold 750,000 copies on Black Friday 2011 (HUGE Christmas shopping day after the American holiday Thanksgiving) and sold a total of 18,000+ copies in Japan alone. Multiply the 750,000 by 30$ and the 18,000 by 60$ and see what it adds up to. It did much, much better than we think it did. id Software, listen clearly, you don't give us RAGE 2 and we will be angry. :D
Don't know if you read, but just to make sure you know...
The Scorchers DLC has been...well..."leaked" online. 10 new PS3 Trophies confirming this have came out. Now, I know what you're thinking. "It's just a bunch of hopefuls getting...um...outlandish" or that "Это бык дерьмо!". But IGN, Gamespot, and many other sources have confirmed this. Looks like our complaining finally paid off, right? Well then...looks like we have a new....unexpected project. :D
After having trouble on two wikis, the Epic Rap Battles of History Wiki and the World War 2 Wiki, I have decided to change my name. I am now going to be called V0DeusEstDominiMei once I receive the confirmation e-mail. Though I should let you know
It means "God is my Lord". It might be offensive to some, but that is my religion as I have previously suggested in my July monthly update. V0 (Vio) is just an old nickname of mine.
I have a feeling that "Hagar Caves'" entrance is that door in the Hagar Settlement next to Dan's Garage. While I was playing a few months ago I found and though,"DLC!". I'm hoping I was right. :D
First off, this is the biggest download I have ever had for DLC and second, I'll be able to make screenshots for The Scorchers soon, after Christmas actually. This DLC looks EPIC! Can't wait to play it, but first I have this monster download...
I will also be getting to work on articles for the new DLC.
Well that sucks...no RAGE DLC in the Russian Federation?! Speaking of which, yesterday I was representing the Russian Federation at Model United Nations (a program for teenagers to act as if they were a UN diplomat). I have won twice, so I knew I had a good chance of winning. Then the US won, and I got an honorable mention....I have never had such an odd mix of anger, hatred, and sadness! Oh well, something had gone wrong with the judging and the conference was poorly organized. I got seriously off topic, didn't I? :D
You should really send an E-mail or something to id because you are missing out on a great DLC. It only has I want to say 6 main quests but finally opens up all those locations we never got to enter, such as The Refinery and Jackpots. This DLC is awesome and well worth our year of constant complaints about no DLC, especially for only Five dollars (150 Rubles maybe?).
I'm doing my best to get up every page pertaining to The Scorchers, but I think there are about 10-20 pages still needed to be put up. I will try, try being the key word. :D
I was thinking we should put The Scorchers in the front slider, but when I tried to, it didn't look very good. I still think we should have something to do with the Scorchers on the headlines of the front page. What do you think we should do?
I feel very sad for you and I can somewhat relate. I knew something had to be wrong, but I'm so sorry for your losses. I promise I will take care of the wiki to the best of my abilities. I hope you will find serenity in this situation, and I have hope for you and your family. Thank you for the bureaucrat assignment almost exactly one year after you received yours.
до свидания, my Russian friend. It's been my pleasure.
Vlad, life's been chaotic for me too. Nothing's been easy for me. I'm glad to see you're surviving, I lost my grandmother Easter morning a few years ago, but that's all I can really relate. I'll e-mail you ASAP and delete your message ASAP. Talk to you later.
I'd be surprised if you didn't, Vlad. It's been slow going mostly, I haven't found the willpower to sit down and add all the things that need to be added, but that's just me being lazy. :P
