Slim is a character featured in RAGE. He is a resident of Wellspring and an employee at the Wellspring Speedway. His actual name is Carl, as indicated by the tag on his jacket, — "Slim" is an ironic nickname.
He will greet the protagonist upon meeting him. After speaking with Jackie Weeks about joining a race, he will direct the player to Slim in order to get started with Racing. He has no overall importance in the story besides being the starting point for the 12 Wellspring races.
