Rebar shots are an ammunition type featured in RAGE. It is used in the Nail Gun added through RAGE: The Scorchers. It is a single metal spike that can kill most enemies, except heavy enemies. The Rebar can pin an enemy to any surface with great velocity and the spikes are usually retrievable afterwards. If aimed correctly, the spike can decapitate an enemy, leaving their head stuck to a wall. However, the reload time is fairly slow in comparison to most other weapons and should be used from behind cover, not in melee or against Mutants. Despite this, they are one of the most effective ammo types against both Armored and Slimed Mutants.
