Durar Hagar, also known as D.R., is a minor character featured in RAGE. He is a resident of the Hagar Settlement and the local mechanic.
Biography[]
Background[]
Little is known of Durar's early life. He is the younger broker of Dan and Halek Hagar, and resides with them at the Hagar Settlement.
Events of RAGE[]
In 2135, after Nicholas Raine is rescued by Dan and brought back their home, Durar offers him a Dune Buster if he can retrieve the parts from the neighbouring Outrigger Settlement, thus initiating the quest "The Missing Parts." Once this is complete, he repairs the Dune Buster to working order and offers Raine the Tow Truck Radio, telling Nicholas to contact him if the vehicle becomes too damaged.
He later offers Raine the opportunity to participate in a time trial race through to Ghost Territory and back. Completing his trial and beating his time earns Nicholas the Evenflow 2x Boost, upgrading the boost ability of the Dune Buster.
Following this, he remains in his workshop offering repairs to Raine's vehicles.
