The Starter Deck is a deck of five Collector Cards in RAGE. The cards are used in the minigame Rage Frenzy. The Starter Deck is available for $50 from "Outfitters" and "Jani's Supplies" or at one of the card tables, either in Wellspring or in Subway Town.
Buying this is needed to complete not only the Achievement/Trophy "Gotta Have 'em All", but also "Hardest Deck" and "Obsessive Compulsive".
