A view of the plant from the outside
The Power Plant is a location featured in RAGE. It is found in the Eastern Wasteland, in the Gearhead Territory, far North of Subway Town. The plant is inhabited by the Gearhead bandit clan.
The location becomes available during the quest "The Price of Power". The clansmen are heavily armored, so it's advised to take lots of AP ammunition and some EMP devices since there are quite a few shootable electric boxes. Mind Control Bolts can also be useful, since the enemies tend to come in packs. This is the final mission where the Gearheads are the main enemy.
If the player is looking for extra loot, the MixomCam security cameras can be shot down and picked up for future trading since they count as Small Objects.
