"Deliverance" is an Achievement/Trophy in RAGE. This Achievement/Trophy can be earned by completing the final round of Strum.

The easiest way to earn this Achievement/Trophy is to write down the pattern that is played, and add to it after each round.

As the Achievement/Trophy name suggests, the Banjo man and the Strum minigame are certainly a homage to the famous "dueling banjos" scene from the 1972 film Deliverance.
